Mr. Rzyruski is a character in the 2012 animated version of Frankenweenie. He is a science teacher whose teachings inspire Victor Frankenstein to revive his dead dog, Sparky.

Mr. Rzyruski is the new science teacher in New Holland Elementary School. He has a thick Eastern European accent and a unique way of explaining things. He connects with his students; however, parents misunderstand his passionate teaching style. Mr. Rzyruski serves as a mentor and inspiration to Victor, teaching him that science can do both good and bad things and that if a scientist does not his heart in his experiment, there could be disastrous consequences.
