Barnabas Collins is the main protagonist in Tim Burton's 2012 feature film Dark Shadows. He is an 18th century gentleman that was turned into a vampire by the witch Angelique Bouchard. He currently lives with his descendants in 1972. Barnabas attempted to make his family wealthy again by competing with Angelique's fish business.
He is portrayed by Johnny Depp while Justin Tracy portrays a six-year old Barnabas, along with Vincent Curson Smith portraying a nine-year old Barnabas.
